'FoyerAccessPlaza started with a simple dream: to deliver genuine Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Rossi family in 1985, our pizzeria began as a modest, family-run spot with recipes passed down through generations.
Luca Rossi, our founder, learned the craft of pizza-making during travels across Italy, studying under master pizzaiolos in Naples—the birthplace of pizza. After returning to the UK, she aimed to recreate the magic of true Italian pizza, using time-honored methods and top-quality ingredients.
What began as a small 12-seat pizzeria has grown into a cherished local staple, yet our dedication to quality and authenticity has never wavered. We still rely on wood-fired oven techniques, prepare our dough fresh daily, and source premium ingredients wherever possible.
Today, 'FoyerAccessPlaza remains a family-run operation, with the second generation of the Rossi clan leading our devoted team. While we’ve adopted some modern touches, the essence of our business remains unchanged: crafting delicious, authentic pizza that brings people together.
